EX4200-24P

The EX4200-24P is a Layer 2/3 switch that offers 24 10/100/1000BASE-T ports. It is managed by the Junos OS operating system. The device supports Virtual Chassis technology, which allows up to 10 EX4200 switches to be connected into a single logical device, managed with one configuration file.

This model provides Power over Ethernet (PoE) on the first 8 ports. To ensure high availability and reliability, the EX4200 has redundant, hot-swappable power supplies and hot-swappable fan trays with multiple blowers. It also supports high availability (HA) functions such as Non-Stop Routing (NSR), Non-Stop Bridging (NSB), and Graceful Route Engine Switchover (GRES).

The switch offers a rich set of security features, including 802.1X port access control, ARP inspection (DAI), IP source guard, and DDoS attack protection. It also supports QoS (Quality of Service) functions for prioritizing data, voice, and video traffic, with eight queues on each port.
